Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. Otherwise, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse via email. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@warehausgoods.com
Damages:
In the event that your item is damaged / defective:
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or reimbursement.
- If the damages / defects are reported within the 48 hour timeframe, we will get you a free replacement. The customer will not be responsible for any additional fees. If the damage is minor, we may give the customer the option to receive partial reimbursement in place of a replacement.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to hello@warehausgoods.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Warehaus is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.
Cancellations: All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing returns@warehausgoods.com. Returns will not be accepted without the form. In your email request, include:
- Your Order Number.
- The quantity of merchandise you are returning.
- The reason for your return.
You will receive a pre-filled RMA form within 2 business days of submitting your request.
Restocking Fees: In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable shipping options, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns.
Return Shipping: Warehaus doesn’t pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements - you can choose any carrier you'd like.
Non-refundable: The following items are final sale and can not be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, and custom orders (yeah, we do those). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Packaging: All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well - our products are extremely fragile. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
